About Me

My name is Marion Gordon.  I am a Canadian by birth, and the proud American wife of my husband Al, and mom of two boys, Trent and Travis.  Al and I moved to Northern Virginia over 20 years ago and have lived in the South Run Oaks neighborhood of Fairfax Station since 1996.  My two sons are graduates f VMI and are currently serving in the US Army.

I love helping folks fulfil their real estate dreams!  Whether you are looking for a starter home, your dream home, a great investment property, or to get the best return on the sale of your existing home, please call me!  I have been selling in the Northern Virginia area since moving here in 1993 and I am well connected in the local communities.  With my recently acquired “empty nest”  I truly have the TIME  now to devote to my clients and work my schedule around their needs!  I have many experienced and affordable contractors with whom I work to help prepare your home for sale, should you opt to make some initial investments before placing it on the market.  I also have a great eye for transforming homes into the best condition possible to help you sell. I am a very TENACIOUS negotiator who will work hard to get you the best deal for the home you are selling or the home you are purchasing!

My passions are Faith, Family & Finances!

  1. Faith to me is summed up in the Bible text of I Corinthians 10:12 “… to be an ambassador of Jesus Christ”.  A person’s faith or philosophy of life is at the core of who they really are.  Because a real estate sale or purchase represents one of the largest financial decisions a person ever makes, my goal is to make sure that this is a wise decision, one that is compatible with your long term goals and your philosophy of life!  I am honest, hard working, and insist on integrity in everything I do.
  2. Family to me represents those who are at the core of our closest relationships. Families, no matter the size, benefit when they have a place that they can truly call home.   Whether a person is single or married, their real estate decision needs to be compatible with the needs of their individual “family”.  Every person I work with can be assured that I will do my very best to help make the right decisions for their family.
  3. Finances to me are more than just the concept of “getting a good real estate deal”!  A wise financial decision needs to be considered far beyond what a person “can afford” and much more importantly by what a person “can live with”.  I want to make sure that this financial decision is one which will further your long-term financial goals, not impede them!  I will never push you into more than you can comfortably afford and will honor my reputation and your finances in everything I do.
